Abstract

The invention provides an on-load tap-changer (OLTC) controller with an on-line detection function. The controller comprises an OLTC controller unit, an OLTC external signal acquisition unit, an OLTCinternal signal acquisition unit and a communication switching unit. The OLTC controller unit comprises functions of an existing OLTC controller, and can form a manual, automatic and remote control voltage regulating system with an on-load voltage regulating transformer. The OLTC controller unit further has an on-line detection function, and the detection function of key parameters such as transition resistance values and OLTC switching process time during OLTC on-line operation can be achieved. The OLTC external signal acquisition unit acquires external voltage and current signals of the OLTC-transformer bank; the OLTC internal signal acquisition unit acquires OLTC internal voltage and current signals; and the communication switching unit forwards the data acquired by the OLTC internal signal acquisition unit to the OLTC controller. According to the invention, online detection of the OLTC can be achieved, safe operation of the OLTC is guaranteed, and convenience is provided for equipment manufacturers, operators and operation and use personnel.
