The method comprises the steps of generating a road condition prediction base result within a specified range on the basis of current road condition data of various roads within the specified range; obtaining predicted driving routes of various users in a preset period of time in the future on the basis of historical trajectory data of various users; obtaining road condition change data caused by driving behaviors of various users by combining the predicted driving routes of various users on thebasis of the road condition prediction base result; receiving a route planning request of any user, generating a plurality of planned routes by combining the road condition change data and selecting one planned route as a recommended route to provide the user with route navigation. On the basis of the method provided by the invention, the road condition is predicted through analysis and predictionof historical road condition data and trajectory data of the users, so that the accuracy of road condition prediction can be improved and the traffic conditions of various roads are effectively balanced, thereby reducing the time cost of the users.
