When the radial members are at a three o'clock horizontal position or a nine o'clock horizontal position, the heavier blocks slide downward due to inclination and action of gravity, and the lighter blocks are pulled through transmission members to swing 180 degrees in a running direction or a reverse running direction. The length of the arm of force of the lighter blocks, which are close to the horizontal position and far away from the horizontal rotation shaft, can be continuously changed, so that unbalance of the system is caused, and thus a rotating wheel generates the kinetic energy for running.
