The embodiment of the invention provides a voice interaction method, a voice interaction device, an intelligent robot and a computer readable storage medium. The method is applied to the intelligent robot, and comprises the following steps of obtaining object feature information of an interaction object in a voice interaction scene; performing voice interaction with the interaction object according to voice broadcasting parameter matched with the object feature information, therefore, in the embodiment of the invention, the intelligent robot can flexibly regulate the used voice broadcasting parameter according to the practical conditions of the interaction object, i.e., the voice interaction strategy used by the intelligent robot is diversified and personalized. Therefore, compared with acondition of using a fixed voice interaction strategy in the prior art, the embodiment of the invention has the advantages that the intelligent robot can provide more humanized service; the voice interaction effect can be effectively improved.
