Abstract

The invention discloses a cost assessment method. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining sales volume corresponding to each commodity in a preset time; obtaining the cost card informationof each commodity, and determining the types and use amounts of raw materials for making a single commodity according to the cost card information, the cost card information comprising the types anduse amounts of raw materials for making a single commodity; according to the cost card information of each commodity and the sales volume corresponding to each commodity, determining the theoretical usage amount of each raw material within a preset time; obtaining the actual dosage of each raw material within a preset time; obtaining loss values of the various raw materials according to the theoretical dosages and the actual dosages of the various raw materials; and determining whether each raw material has a cost waste condition or not according to the profit and loss values of each raw material. The invention also discloses a cost assessment system, a terminal and a readable storage medium. According to the technical scheme, the problem that whether various raw materials are wasted or not is difficult to evaluate in the enterprise operation process is solved.
