Abstract

The invention discloses an experimental device of a steam turbine to simulate localized vibration of a detuning turbine disc, and relates to the experimental device of the localized vibration of the detuning turbine disc. The experimental device is composed of a turbine disc, a vibration exciter, a power amplifier, a signal generator, an oscilloscope and a level table seat. The signal in differentfrequency generated by the signal generator, on one hand, is amplified by the power amplifier, and transmitted to the vibration exciter positioned on the level table seat; and on the other hand, waveshape is observed by the oscilloscope. Under the detuning condition, the localized vibration is generated by the turbine disc positioned on the level table seat, and the localized vibration situationis shown through the sand shape of silver sand paved on the turbine disc. Magnets in different masses are additionally placed on the turbine disc; and under the condition that a magnified ratio is not changed, the frequency and sand shape of the localized vibration generated in a detuning turbine disc status are acquired through the adjustment of the frequency of the signal generator.
