Problems solved by technology

[0003] However, this test platform has many limitations. First, it can only test the aerodynamic state of the complete flapping wing aircraft, and cannot specifically test the aerodynamic force of the flapping wing; secondly, it can only measure lift and thrust in two directions. It is impossible to measure the force of more angles and more motion states; finally, the platform has a single degree of freedom in the flapping wing motion, with fewer degrees of freedom, and is not suitable for complex insect flapping motion research

Embodiment Construction

[0024] The present invention will be described in further detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0025] The three-degree-of-freedom flapping wing motion testing experimental platform of the present invention includes a platform frame 1, a differential gear train 2 and a drive system, such as figure 2 shown.

[0026] The platform frame 1 includes an upper platform 101 , a lower frame 102 and a rotating connecting rod 103 . Wherein, the upper platform 101 is arranged horizontally, and the rotating connecting rod 103 is arranged perpendicular to the upper platform 101 . The top of the rotating connecting rod 103 is designed with a rotating shaft 104, which is connected to the center of the upper platform 101 through a pair of angular contact bearings, so that the rotating shaft 104 is hoisted below the upper platform 101. The bottom end of the rotating connecting rod 103 is equipped with a lower frame 102, the lower frame 102 is composed of the left half...

Abstract

The invention discloses a three-degree-of-freedom flapping wing motion test experimental platform. Integrated transfer type differential gear train design is adopted, at the bottom, a differential gear train is driven by a pair of motors to achieve two-degree-of-freedom motion of a flapping wing, the top is driven by another motor, a bottom experimental device is driven to conduct integrated transfer motion, and three-degree-of-freedom motion is achieved. A six-axis force sensor is integrated between the wing and a motion shaft and connected with the experimental platform through a coupler. The experimental platform is high in degree of freedom and can simulate a more comprehensive motion form of an insect flapping wing; adaptability is wide, and various flapping wings can be tested only through replacement of a flapping wing structure; and meanwhile, the six-axis force sensor is connected with the flapping wing, so that measurement accuracy is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a three-degree-of-freedom flapping wing test experiment platform, which is a flapping wing experiment platform which is especially aimed at insect-proof movement and can realize three-angle movements. Background technique [0002] The aerodynamic test system of the micro-orthopting-wing aircraft is a test platform designed by the Shenyang Institute of Automation to test the lift and thrust of the micro-orthoping-wing aircraft. The schematic diagram of the platform is as follows figure 1 As shown in the figure, it is simply marked, Fx is the horizontal force, representing thrust, Fy is the vertical force, representing lift, F is the resultant force of the two, G represents gravity, and the movement is measured through the two force sensors at the top and the tail The lift and thrust of the flapping-wing aircraft under the condition are simple in structure and high in sensitivity. [0003] However, this test platform has many l...
