The invention discloses an intermittent power station dispatching evaluation method, which comprises the following steps: 1, evaluation indexes for the intermittent power station are selected, whereinthe selected grid-connected performance evaluation indexes are divided to three dimensions: a power prediction index, a power station operation technical level index and a power station grid-connected level index; 2, a moment estimation optimization algorithm is used to perform weight calculation and distribution on the three dimensions of evaluation indexes; and 3, according to the weight distribution in the second step, an intermittent power station dispatching index evaluation model is built, and evaluation scoring is carried out; and through building a new energy grid-connected dispatching sequence evaluation model and with the help of the moment estimation optimization algorithm for weight distribution, the grid-connected performance of each power station is ranked, and on the basis,the power limiting capacity share of each new energy station can be distributed rationally.
