The method comprises the following steps: collecting LoRa environment data in a room based on the LoRa network; training a migration learning model based on the LoRa environment data and a historic database, wherein the historic database comprises the environment data collected in the room by other wireless networks except the LoRa network and the indoor location information corresponding to the environment data; and determining the indoor location information corresponding to the LoRa environment data based on the trained migration learning model and the LoRa environment data. Therefore, the indoor positioning based on the LoRa network is realized.
