Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of medicines, and discloses application of IELLQAR as medicine for preventing and treating atherosclerosis diseases. The IELLQAR can inhibit the binding ofmononuclear cells and P, E and L selection glycoprotein so as to inhibit the adhesion of mononuclear cells and endothelial cells, and also has a function of inhibiting inflammation. An ApoE gene mouse is induced by high fat diet, then obvious atherosclerosis plaques can be seen in the aorta, IELLQAR intervention can retard ApoE gene knockout mouse atherosclerosis lesions, and local mononuclear macrophage infiltration of atherosclerosis plaques can be reduced. Animal experiments and in vitro cell research levels indicate that the IELLQAR can inhibit mononuclear cell adhesion and inflammatory factor expression, atherosclerosis progress can be inhibited through an anti-inflammatory mechanism, atherosclerosis-related diseases can be prevented and treated, and therefore, the IELLQAR has an important clinical application prospect.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of medicine, and IELLQAR is used as a medicine for preventing and treating atherosclerosis-related diseases. Background technique [0002] Myocardial infarction is one of the main causes of death that threatens human health, and has the characteristics of high morbidity and mortality. Although the number of new technologies represented by percutaneous coronary intervention technology continues to increase, the prevalence and mortality of myocardial infarction in China have not declined in the past decade. Therefore, it is crucial to discover the early pathogenesis of myocardial infarction and prevent and treat it. important. Atherosclerosis is an important pathological mechanism in the occurrence of myocardial infarction, and its pathogenesis has not been fully elucidated. In recent years, more and more studies have shown that atherosclerosis is a chronic inflammatory disease, and immune cells and inflammat...
