Abstract

The sorting trolley includes an adjusting drum and an electric drum, a belt, an upper supporting plate, a lower supporting plate, a front plate and a backplate, and a secondary magnet, wherein the belt is arranged on the adjusting drum and electric drum in a sleeving mode, under the drive of the electric drum, the belt rotates around the adjusting drum and the electric drum, the upper supporting plate and the lower supporting plate are arranged oppositely and make contact with the inner side face of the belt and used for supporting the part, between the adjusting drum and the electric drum, of the belt, the front plate and the back plate are respectively located on both sides of the belt and fixedly connected with rolling shafts of the adjusting drum and electric drum, the upper supporting plate and the lower supporting plate, and the secondary magnet is matched with a primary coil of a linear motor of a rail so as to drive the sorting trolley to move along the trolley. By means of the sorting trolley, the fact that the belt on the sorting trolley can carry the goods when any side of the two sides of the sorting trolley faces upwards is achieved, the utilization rate of the sorting trolley can be increased, and the sorting efficiency is improved accordingly.
