The method aims at the characteristics of pollution source generation and migration in plain river network area, and calculates the generation of various pollution sources and various pollutants under the support of GIS platform. 4 kinds of calculation models are used to calculate the points including 7 kinds of pollution sources including urban domestic pollution, rural domestic pollution, urban rainfall runoff pollution, dry land rainfall runoff pollution, rice field rainfall runoff pollution, livestock and poultry breeding and fish farming. Source and non-point source pollution load, and finally determine the pollution load of the entire plain river network area.
