Abstract

The hot-runner injection mould device for the inclined pouring gate structurally comprises a hot runner, a valve needle, a nozzle, a fixing bolt, pistons, an injection mould main body and a fixed mould, wherein the hot runner is arranged above the injection mould main body and is in through connection; the valve needle is connected to the right upper side of the injection mould main body; one end of the bottom of the valve needle is inserted into the middle part of the nozzle; the valve needle and the nozzle are in buckled connection through a clamping buckle; the fixing bolt is in screwed connection with the injection mould main body through a threaded connecting hole; two pistons are provided, and the pistons are arranged on the two sides of the upper part of the injection mould main body respectively; the injection mould main body is arranged inside the fixed mould.
