The information management method comprises: acquiring structured text information and unstructured text information of ato-be-stored file; adding the structured text information to a relational database, and adding the unstructured text information to the index of a search engine; when an input query request is received, obtaining query text information carried by the query request; based on a preset decomposition scheme, decomposing the query text information into a first keyword, a second keyword and a third keyword, wherein the first keyword is used for performing fuzzy query, the second keyword is used for performing accurate query, and the third keyword is used for simultaneously performing fuzzy query and accurate query; according to the first keyword, the second keyword and the third keyword, respectively performing query in the relational database and / or the index of the search engine; and returning query results.
