The device comprises a socket composed of an upper shell and a lower shell; the upper shell of the socket is provided with jacks into which the plug can be plugged; a lever below the jacks is arranged in the lower shell; the lower end surface of the lever is hinged to a supporting seat; the supporting seat is fixed onto the bottom surface of the lower shell; the resistance arm of the lever is located below at least one of the plugging teeth of the plugged plug; the upper end surface of the resistance arm of the lever is provided with an insulation layer; the power arm of the lever is located on one side of the lower shell; the upper end surface portion of the power arm of the lever is vertically connectedwith a spring; and the top end of the spring is connected with a button that penetrates a through hole formed in the upper shell.
