Through adoption of the automatic dissection device disclosed by the invention, one end of the chicken intestine or the duck intestine is arranged in the left end of the positioning cylinder in a sleeving manner; through the blade, the chicken intestine or the duck intestine is fixed to protruding nails of the roller; the foot switch is stepped, so that the roller is driven by themotor to rotate for rolling the chicken intestines and the duck intestines; the blade is used for dissecting the chicken intestines and the duck intestines; and besides, water enters from the other end of the positioning cylinder, and is used for bursting dirty substances in the chicken intestines and the duck intestines in the water tray.
