Problems solved by technology

At present, the impact of the wind field environment on the reliability of wind turbine components is limited to qualitative analysis, and there is no quantitative analysis of the degree of impact, and there are few comprehensive impact analyzes under the combination of different environmental factors.
In addition, the environmental factor indicators in the wind field environment are time-varying, and there is no model considering time-varying environmental factors to analyze the influence of the wind field environment on wind turbine components

Embodiment Construction

[0026] Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like numerals refer to like parts throughout. The embodiments are described below in order to explain the present invention by referring to the figures.

[0027] In the following description, the components of wind turbines are referred to as “wind turbine components” for short, and various environmental factor variables (such as temperature, humidity, wind speed, etc.) in the wind field environment are referred to as “environmental covariates”. Data related to the environmental covariates of the environment have been collected through a supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system with at least one year of environmental data records. It is assumed that the values of the environmental covariates for the same wind field at the same time period (for example, the same month) in different years do not differ much....

Abstract

The invention discloses a method of calculating fault rates of a fan component according to wind field environments and devices. The method includes: establishing a proportion risk model of the fan component in the wind field environments according to counting data of environment covariates of the wind field environments and fault counting data of the fan component; and calculating the fault ratesof the fan component under the wind field environments in different time periods on the basis of the proportion risk model of the fan component, wherein the proportion risk model of the fan componentis determined by a baseline fault rate function of the fan component and coefficients of the environment covariates in the wind field environments. According to the method of calculating the fault rates of the fan component in the wind field environments of the invention, influences of the time-variant and time-invariant environment covariates on component reliability can be simultaneously analyzed, and the wind field environments can be classified according to season variation features of the fault rates to facilitate adoption of a corresponding operation and maintenance strategy.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention generally relates to the field of wind power generators, and more specifically relates to a method and device for calculating the failure rate of wind turbine components according to the wind field environment. Background technique [0002] As we all know, wind field environmental indicators (such as: temperature, humidity, terrain, altitude, wind speed, etc.) have a non-negligible impact on the failure of various components of the wind turbine. At present, the impact of the wind field environment on the reliability of wind turbine components is limited to qualitative analysis, and there is no quantitative analysis of the degree of impact, and there is even less comprehensive impact analysis under the combination of different environmental factors. In addition, the environmental factors in the wind field environment are time-varying, and there is no model considering the time-varying environmental factors to analyze the influence ...
