The hearing device 1 comprises a housing 4, within which a microphone 6, a signal processing unit 8, a loudspeaker 10 and a power supply 12 are arranged. The microphone 6 is designed to generate an input signal 14 from the surrounding sound signal, which is further transmitted to the signal processing unit 8 , amplified by the signal processing unit etc. and output as an output signal 16 for reproduction at the loudspeaker 10 .
