Abstract

The preparation method comprises the following steps of firstly preparing the gold nano-cluster particles with rich amino groups on the surface from chloroauric acid, glutathione and CR9 polypeptide through reaction; using the particles as carrier materials of the medicine molecules; activating carboxyls on 4-carboxyphenylboronic acid or 4-carboxyl-3-fluorophenylboronic acid; grafting and modifying 4-carboxyphenylboronic acid or 4-carboxyl-3-fluorophenylboronic acidmolecules onto the surface of the carrier materials to be used as glucose response sensitive switch factors; then, grafting glycosylated insulin onto the surface to obtain the gold nano-cluster particle for intelligently releasing insulin for regulating blood glucose. The gold nano-cluster particle provided by the invention can release insulin according to the glucose concentration; the goal of regulating and controlling the concentration of the glucose is achieved; the blood glucose further recovers to the normal level.
