Abstract

The invention discloses an insurance policy allocation method. The insurance policy allocation method comprises the steps of calculating the complexity of each insurance policy to be allocated in an insurance policy pool; grouping each insurance policy to be allocated according to the interval to which the complexity of each insurance policy to be allocated belongs, and marking the group of each grouped insurance policy to be allocated; recognizing the preset group of each workbench; and allocating each grouped insurance policy to be allocated to each workbench of the corresponding group. Theinvention further discloses an insurance policy allocation device. According to the invention, the insurance policies are grouped according to the complexity of each insurance policy to be allocated,and then each grouped insurance policy to be allocated is allocated to each workbench of the corresponding group, thereby not only liberating the manpower, but also improving the allocation efficiencyof the insurance policies.
