Abstract

The invention discloses an elevator operating state monitoring system and method. The elevator operating state monitoring system is used for monitoring an elevator including an elevator controller anda signal processing board. The elevator operating state monitoring system comprises a remote monitoring platform, a network system and a data acquisition unit. The remote monitoring platform is connected with the network system, and the network system is in wireless connection with the data acquisition unit. Serial port pins of the elevator controller are connected with serial port pins of the signal processing board. Parts of the serial port pins of the elevator controller are further connected with serial port pins of the data acquisition unit. The data acquisition unit is used for collecting elevator data from the parts of the serial port pins of the elevator controller and further sending the collected data to the remote monitoring platform so as to monitor the operating state of theelevator. Therefore, the effects of decreasing the number of failure nodes, reducing installation cost and capable of not influencing an original elevator system are achieved; and the problem that data acquisition ports are incompatible is further solved.
