The method for determining the synthesis gas production technology comprises the following stepsthat: after multiple pieces of coal gasification technical data, various pieces of natural gas conversion technical data, energy consumption conversion data and basic cost data are obtained, establishing a plurality of synthesis gas production simulation model which combines various coal gasification technologies with various natural gas conversion technologies; then, according to the effective air flow, the carbon hydrogen ratio and the gasifier data of the synthesis gas, determining the simulation result of each synthesis gas production simulation model and a corresponding energy consumption index and economic index; and finally, according to the two indexes, selecting an optimal synthesis gas production scheme from various scheme combinations.
