Abstract

The invention discloses a method for efficient separation and automatic circulation of a powder catalyst in a process of treating sewage by catalytic oxidation, and belongs to the field of treatment of water pollution. The method comprises the following four steps: water feeding mixing, catalytic oxidation reaction, catalyst separation and automatic circulation, clear water storage and pulse backwashing. By coupling effect of water feeding tangential washing, centrifugal force and pulse backwashing, pressure difference increasing caused by the reason that the powder catalyst is accumulated onthe surface of a filter cartridge of a centrifugal hydraulic intercepting pulse separator is greatly reduced, and therefore, long-time, stable and efficiency separation running of the centrifugal hydraulic intercepting pulse separator is ensured. By high-speed water flow, the powder catalyst which still has good mobility after being separated is absorbed through negative pressure generated at theposition of a throat pipe of an injector, the powder catalyst is mixed with sewage, catalytic oxidation treatment continues, and thus, automatic circulation of the separated powder catalyst is realized. The brand-new technology is provided for catalytic oxidation treatment and recycling of the sewage.
