A defrosting reversing valve is a four-way valve, afirst outlet of the defrosting reversing valve is connected with an exhaust port of a vortex compressor, a second outlet of the defrosting reversing valve is connected with the dehumidification reheater, a third outlet of the dehumidification reheater is connected with an air return pipe of the evaporator, and a fourth outlet of the defrosting reversing valve is connected with an air inlet of thevortex compressor. One end of a high-pressure controller is connected with the defrosting reversing valve, and the other end of the high-pressure controller is connected with the vortex compressor. One end of a gas-liquid separator is connected with the vortex compressor, and the other end of the gas-liquid separator is connected with a low-pressure controller.
