Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for preparing macroporous resin for purification of total polyphenols in Acanthopanax trifoliatus, and belongs to the technical field of plant-derived pharmaceutical preparations. The method is as follows: immersing macroporous resin in anhydrous ethanol, after the macroporous resin is fully swollen, placing the macroporous resin in a chromatographic column, controlling the resin layer to be free from production of bubbles, loading the anhydrous ethanol onto the chromatographic column for elution, and stopping when eluant, after being added with an equal volume of distilled water, is not turbid; eluting the resin with distilled water until ethanol content is less than 10%; until the distilled water is exhausted, adding lye for soaking for a period of time, eluting the resin with the distilled water until the eluant is neutral, adding an acid solution for soaking for the same period of time, eluting the resin with the distilled water until the eluant is neutral to obtain the treated macroporous resin, and soaking the treated macroporous resin with distilled water in a beaker for standby use. The method is applied to the preparation of the macroporous resin for purification and adsorption, and the macroporous resin has the advantages of high purification efficiency, high polyphenol activity and the like.
