Problems solved by technology

[0004] (1) Building scaffolding not only hinders the normal life of residents, but also has a relatively long construction period;
[0005] (2) Cranes are used for hoisting construction. Although the efficiency is relatively high, the road space between old buildings is narrow, and the traffic conditions in many communities are difficult to allow cranes to pass and construct

Abstract

Provided are a shaft module splicing system and a splicing method therefor. The system comprises a hoister (1), a steel wire rope (2), a splicing operation platform (3) capable of being temporarily disassembled and assembled, and a shaft module conveying device (4), wherein the splicing operation platform (3) is provided with a steel wire rope guiding wheel (31) and gear (32), and a crawling rack (51) capable of being disassembled. The splicing method for the system comprises the following steps: S1, mounting a first section of shaft module, and then assembling the splicing operation platform (3); S2, lifting the next section of shaft module to be spliced, to the shaft module conveying device (4) by means of the hoister (1); S3, conveying the shaft module to be spliced, to the mounting position; S4, driving the splicing operation platform (3) to crawl upwards along the outer wall of a shaft module (5) to the upper part, having been spliced, of the shaft module (52); and S5, repeating steps S2 to S4 many times, and completing the splicing. The shaft module splicing system is small in construction occupation area and is convenient to enter and retreat from a site.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of elevator installation, and in particular relates to a well module assembly system and an assembly method. Background technique [0002] In most cities in our country, there are still many residential buildings in the 1980s and 1990s. These existing buildings generally do not have planned elevator installations. Today, these existing buildings still have a design life of 30 to 40 years. That is to say, it still has a long service life, but the proportion of middle-aged and elderly people living in these residential buildings is relatively high. Since there is no elevator, the functionality of these residential buildings is not perfect, which causes great inconvenience to the travel of residents. In this context, how to install elevators in existing buildings has become an urgent and realistic research topic. [0003] At present, the integrated steel structure shaft has become the preferred elevator shaft ...
