Abstract

The invention discloses a rotor axial force measurement device and measurement method which are used for measuring axial force of a rotor mounted on an elastic support provided with a bearing outer ring. The elastic support comprises a mounting edge and a free end opposite to the mounting edge, the bearing outer ring is arranged at the free end, and the space between the mounting edge and the free end is partially hollowed-out, so that a plurality of elastic strips distributed in the circumferential direction at intervals are formed. The measurement device comprises multiple strain gauges symmetrically arranged on the elastic strips along the center axis of the elastic support, the stain gauges are connected in series, led out through a signal line and then connected to a strain monitor, and the strain monitor is used for acquiring a measurement result of the axle force of the rotor arranged on the elastic support according to strain output values detected by the multiple strain gauges. The strain gauges are arranged on the elastic strips of the elastic support and connected to form a whole bridge for induction of the axial force of the rotor, no extra appended structure is required, an original axial force measurement system is simplified, and the problem that axial force of the rotor on the elastic support provided with the bearing outer ring cannot be measured is solved.
