Abstract

The invention relates to an overrunning clutch for general machine starting, in particular to a centrifugal type overrunning clutch. The centrifugal type overrunning clutch comprises a clutch disc and a clutch shaft mounting hole in the center of the clutch disc, wherein at least three circular rolling post mounting sunken tables are arranged on the hole wall of the clutch shaft mounting hole; circular rolling posts are arranged in the circular rolling post mounting sunken tables; outer edges of the circular rolling posts simultaneously abut against the left end surface of a spring sleeve, the lower end outer edge of a centrifugal post and the bottom plate surfaces of the circular rolling post mounting sunken tables; and one end surface of each circular rolling post abuts against the rear side wall of each circular rolling post mounting sunken table. The centrifugal type overrunning clutch has the advantages that: the clutch can be automatically closed in any differential environment, centrifugal force of the clutch can be regulated, and general machine starting is optimized, i.e., time and labor are saved during general machine starting.
