The formula is prepared from 5 to 10 parts of ginseng leaves, 5 to 10 parts of ganoderma, 10 to 15 parts of ligustri lucidi fructus, 20 to 25 parts of ecliptae herba, 10 to 15 parts of platycladi cacumen, 5 to 10 parts of mulberry fruit, 25 to 30 parts of psoraleae fructus, 5 to 10 parts of radix polygoni multiflora, 5 to 10 parts of radix cynanchi bungei and 5 to 10 parts of flaxseeds. A preparation method comprises the following steps: drying the components in the sun or baking the components, crushing the components by virtue of a high-speed wall breaker, adding a proper amount of vinegar into powder, decocting the mixture in a high-temperature high-pressure decocting machine until a medicament is decocted into a flowing state, and cooling.
