Abstract

The present invention belongs to the technical field of human-computer interaction during virtual assembly, and specifically, is a virtual assembly apparatus, system and method. The apparatus comprises a Kinect V2 human-computer interaction device, a Unity 3D virtual environment construction device, VR glasses and a force and touch feedback device. The Kinect V2 human-computer interaction device comprises Kinect V2; the Unity 3D virtual environment construction device comprises two cameras and a computer; the camera, the Kinect V2 human-computer interaction device and the force and touch feedback device are connected to the computer; the VR glasses are separately connected to the Kinect V2 human-computer interaction device and the computer. The present invention is a virtual assembly apparatus, system and method. The eyes of human are captured by using the Kinect V2 device, and the camera in the Unity 3D virtual environment is bond therewith, so that the user can view the virtual environment. Moreover, parts and the assembly environment are designed at an proprotion of 1:1, and the real position in the virtual environment is reversed by means of a bone recognition module, so as to realize synchronization between virtuality and reality and complete highly immersed virtual assembly.
