Abstract
The invention discloses an applicationof a complexing agent, namely, GLDA (L-glutamic acid N,N-diacetic acid, tetrasodium salt) or IDS (tetrasodium iminodisuccinate) with concentration of 3 mmol kg<-1> to stress planting of festuca elata, particularly discloses improvement of stress resistance of plants by improving activity of antioxidant enzymes, and provides improvement and regulation actions of the complexing agent containing GLDA or IDS on SOD (superoxide dismutase) and CAT (catalase). The improvement action of GLDA and IDS on activity of SOD and CAT of the festuca elata is studied by adding GLDA and IDS with different concentrations to soil, and technical support is provided for application of GLDA and IDS to stress planting of the festuca elata.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of landscaping and relates to the application of GLDA and IDS in the construction of tall fescue in adversity. Background technique [0002] With the development of industry and agriculture, environmental problems have become increasingly prominent, and the problem of soil pollution by heavy metals is not uncommon. On April 17, 2014, the "National Soil Pollution Survey Bulletin" jointly issued by the Ministry of Environmental Protection and the Ministry of Land and Resources showed that the quality of my country's cultivated land soil environment is worrying, and the rate of points exceeding the standard is 19.4%, among which heavy metal pollution is more prominent. Heavy metals cannot be decomposed by microorganisms in the soil, but will continue to accumulate in the soil, affecting soil properties, and can even be converted into more toxic alkyl compounds, which will also be absorbed and enriched by crops ...
