The invention provides a touch display device and an operation method thereof. The touch display device comprises a flexible touch display panel, a transmitting electrode and a receiving electrode. The transmitting electrode and the receiving electrode are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the bending line, so that when the flexible touch display panel is bent along the bending line, the receiving electrode receives a signal transmitted by the transmitting electrode.
