Abstract

The making method comprises the following steps: S1, screening one unit of first raw materials which are similar in color, pH value, particle size, and amylase-amylopectin ratio; S2, expanding the first raw materials by using an expanding apparatus at a temperature of 120 to 180 DEG C; S3, cutting the expanded first raw materials to a specific size; S4, baking the cut first raw materials at 80 to 120 DEG C for 20 to 30 min; S5, rapidly cooling the first raw materials to 30 to 35 DEG C and drying the first raw materials until water content is 3% or less; and S6, crushing the first raw materials so as to obtain a first foodstuff. The foodstuff processed from the mixed coarse cereals can be easily dissolved in water at different temperature layers in a range of 5 to 100 DEG C without any additive and has natural fragrance of coarse cereals.
