Abstract

The system includes a dynamic traffic information acquisition system, a multi-target multi-constrain path planning system based on dynamic traffic information, a distributed charging facility deployment system, a short-distance travel distribution system and a vehicle-mounted terminal system. According to the intelligent travel integrated dispatching system for the electric vehicles of the invention, dynamic traffic information is fully utilized to plan travel routes, distributed charging facilities are fully allocated, the utilization rate of the charging facilities can be improved, the short-distance travel distribution system is used in combination, and therefore, a green travel goal can be achieved. With the intelligent travel integrated dispatching system for the electric vehicles of the invention, problems such as the insufficiency of remaining range that an electric vehicle can travel and the shortage of charging facilities can be solved, short-distance travel from a charging station to a destination can be satisfied; existing transport facilities, distributed charging facilities and green travel means are utilized to the greatest extend, so that electric vehicle travel for middle and long distances can be realized, the range anxiety of the electric vehicles can be decreased; and the feasibility of a current travel can be provided in an intuitive way through using the vehicle-mounted terminal.
