Embodiment Construction

[0056] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments.

[0057] This embodiment provides a method for assessing the risk of power purchase in multi-type markets of provincial power grids including wind power, such as figure 1 As shown, it specifically includes the following steps:

[0058] Step S1: Extract the ratio of peak, average, and valley output of purchased new energy, the price of purchased new energy, and the declared power generation capacity and electricity price of thermal power units participating in the competition in the province; the monthly typical daily load curve of the provincial power grid is thus obtained. Level grid monthly power demand, peak load, valley load level, peak-valley difference and other information;

[0059] Step S2: Establish an optimization model for inter-provincial new energy power purchase under peak-valley power prices; define the model: in the case of large wind cur...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for optimizing the provincial new energy purchasing quantity under peak and valley electricity prices. By considering a power and electric quantity coupled equation for provincial electricity purchasing, peak shaving surplus in a provincial power grid, and upper limit and lower limit standby constraints for power grid operation and the like, in the background of implementing the peak and valley electricity prices at the electricity selling side of the power grid, a peak and valley electricity price and provincial new energy purchasing integrated optimal model is established by taking the maximal purchasing and selling electricity price difference of a power grid company, namely the purchasing social benefit, as the target. A peak and valley electricity price optimization method based on the consumer psychology is adopted; a load response curve is changed by changing a peak and valley electricity price scheme; therefore, influence at the requirement side is brought into the provincial new energy purchasing; and solving is carried out through a quantum-behaved particle swarm optimization algorithm, so that the optimal peak and valley electricity price scheme, the provincial new energy purchasing quantity and the total purchasing quantity in the province are obtained. By means of the method disclosed by the invention, influence of the peak and valley electricity price on the provincial new energy purchasing benefit, and influence of the provincial new energy purchasing on the purchasing economy and energy conservation and emission reduction benefit of the provincial power grid can be reflected; and a new thought is provided for a purchasing decision of the provincial power grid.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of power market analysis, in particular to a method for optimizing inter-provincial new energy purchase power under peak and valley power prices. Background technique [0002] With the development of wind power and other new energy power generation in China, the problem of new energy consumption has become prominent, and cross-provincial and cross-regional power purchase and sale transactions are an effective way to solve the problem of new energy consumption. At present, many literatures study the power purchase problem of provincial power grids, but seldom consider the joint purchase of power between provinces and inter-provinces, and there are few studies on the optimization of monthly power purchases to promote wind power consumption. As the main body of electricity purchase, the provincial power grid should strive to increase the social benefits of electricity purchase and sale, take measures to ensure the full c...
