Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: a base station sending resource configuration parameters to user terminals, wherein the resource configuration parameters comprise N (1, PUCCH); the base station sending PDCCH control signalings and corresponding PDSCH data to the individual user terminals, and sending G-PDCCH control signalings and corresponding PDSCH data to a user terminal group; the user terminals, according to types of the received control signalings, obtaining indexes nCCE of first control channel elements (CCEs) occupied by corresponding control channels; and the user terminals detecting PDSCHs, by use of the indexes nCCE, the resource configuration parameters and corresponding offset amounts, determining uplink resources of ACK / NACK, and feeding the ACK / NACK back on the determined uplink resources. The method and system effectively solve the problem of uplink ACK / NACK resource conflicts.
