Abstract

The invention discloses a mobile terminal and a waterproof method of the mobile terminal. The mobile terminal comprises a terminal shell, a terminal body and one or more assembling components which are connected to the terminal body. The terminal shell is assembled on the terminal body. The assembling components are fixed to the terminal shell. The assembling components and the terminal shell are fixedly connected through an expansion glue. In the invention, a principle that the size of the expansion glue is expanded during a solidification process is used so as to realize a sealed waterproof effect after the assembling components are assembled. A problem of an assembling component appearance segment difference size when a sealant and a double-side tap are used to carry out sealed and waterproof operation is solved. And conditions that the glue contains a few of bubbles when the sealant is used to carry out sealing and unstable factors generated during an assembling operation process are avoided. Reliability of a waterproof scheme is increased.
