According to the method and the system, through calling a ForceStopPackage function, the state of the application which needs to be forbidden is modified to the new installation state, so that the application does not receive the power-on broadcast, and thus the self-starting of the application is forbidden. The application is only started when a user clicks to play the application initiatively, and a problem of incomplete forbidding of the existing control method for forbidding the self-starting of the application is solved.
