Abstract

The invention discloses a method for calculating canopy photosynthetic rate and is applied to plant canopy basic researches and agricultural plant seedling nursing field and measuring effects of cultivation measures to the plant canopy photosynthetic rate. The technical scheme is that for plant type parameters and cultivation parameters, a canopy reconstruction method is utilized to build a canopy three-dimension structure; by the use of ray tracing algorithm and based on the built canopy three-dimension structure, light distribution of each leave in the canopy can be acquired; leave metabolic characteristics can be achieved and a plant leave metabolic model is parameterized; and the built canopy three-dimension structure, the light distribution of each leave and the parameterized plant leave metabolic model are integrated, so the whole canopy photosynthetic rate can be calculated.
