Abstract

The invention discloses a grape crusher with a de-stemming function. The grape crusher comprises a frame and a drum, in which through holes are uniformly distributed. Two ends of the drum are provided with hollow supports and shaft seats, in which main shafts are arranged. One side of the frame at one end of each main shaft is provided with a power box. The upper side of one box wall of the power box is hinged to the upper part of the frame. A first motor is arranged on a box wall opposite to the above box wall. One end, away from the frame, of a rotary shaft of the motor is connected with a first belt wheel. A first driving shaft is arranged in the box body on one side of the motor. One end, away from the frame, of the first driving shaft is connected with a second belt wheel. A third driving shaft is arranged below the first motor. The first driving shaft drives a second driving shaft and the third driving shaft through a chain wheel and a driving chain such that a drum is driven to rotate through a gear and an outer tooth ring. Through a first shaft sleeve, the main shafts are driven to rotate. By adoption of the grape crusher with a de-stemming function, the number of worker is reduced and production efficiency is increased.
