Problems solved by technology

At present, the research and development of wet vegetation restoration through wetland soil seed bank has been paid attention to, but most of the research and development is still in the comparison of soil seed bank and ground vegetation species composition, and discusses the possibility of its use as a basis for vegetation restoration. Very little practice has been done with soil seed banks for revegetation, and even fewer reports of successful remediation practices

[0034] The improved wetland soil seed bank of this embodiment restores the vegetation of the degraded wetland, including the following steps:

[0035] 1) Investigate and analyze the species characteristics of the candidate soil seed bank, and then dig and sample soil according to the restoration target and restoration area; select the soil seed bank from the natural wetland seed bank, and the seed density of the seed bank shall not be less than 5000 grains.m -2 ;

[0036] 2) Mix the seed bank soil in the bottom mud area of the lake with the beach seed bank at a ratio of 1:1 or 1:2, and then add 2,000 naturally harvested seeds;

[0037] 3) Preparation of biomycin: (the preparation method of biomycin refers to the published patent application "organic bacterial fertilize...

Embodiment 2

[0049] Embodiment 2: Hygrophyte seed bank + continental beach seed bank + naturally harvested seeds

[0050] The improvement steps of the wetland soil seed bank are the same as in Example 1.

[0051] The improved wetland soil seed bank of this embodiment restores the vegetation of the degraded wetland, including the following steps:

[0052] 1) Investigate and analyze the species characteristics of the candidate soil seed bank, and then dig and sample soil according to the restoration target and restoration area; select the soil seed bank from the natural wetland seed bank, and the seed density of the seed bank shall not be less than 5000 grains.m -2 ;

[0053] 2) Mix the hygrophyte seed bank with the beach seed bank at a ratio of 1:1 or 1:2, and then add 3000 naturally harvested seeds;

Embodiment 3

[0065] Example 3: Hygrophyte seed bank+fluctuation zone soil+naturally harvested seeds

[0066] 1) Investigate and analyze the species characteristics of the candidate soil seed bank, and then dig and sample soil according to the restoration target and restoration area; select the soil seed bank from the natural wetland seed bank, and the seed density of the seed bank shall not be less than 5000 grains.m -2 ;

[0067] 2) Mix the hygrophyte seed bank soil with the water-fluctuation zone soil at a ratio of 1:1 or 1:2, and then add 2,000 naturally harvested seeds;

[0068] 3) Preparation of biomycin: (the preparation method of biomycin refers to the published patent "organic bacterial fertilizer and its preparation method for remediation of lead-zinc mine contaminated soil" publication number: CN104496725A), which specifically includes the following steps:

[0069] ① Screen the dominant microorganisms from the soil of the seed bank;

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for restoring degraded wetland vegetation by improved wetland soil seed banks. The method comprises the following steps: 1) according to a principle of adjusting measures to local conditions, selecting a soil seed bank from natural wetland seed banks, wherein the seed density of the seed bank is not less than 5000 grains.m<-2>; 2) mixing soil seed banks with different sources, or adding naturally harvested seeds; 3) preparing a biological rhzomorph; 4) adding the biological rhzomorph obtained in the step 3) to obtain an improved soil seed bank; and 5) covering improved seed bank soil on a wetland with degraded vegetation by adopting an exotic soil method, thereby forming vegetation by natural germination. The method for restoring the degraded wetland by using the soil seed banks, disclosed by the invention, has the following advantages: 1) materials are easy to obtain, the cost is low, and the operation is simple and feasible; 2) a wetland succession law is followed, the degraded wetland vegetation is restored quickly and naturally, and the invasion of alien species is controlled; and 3) multiple species coexist, the structure is stable and can realize self-renewal, and ecological landscapes are rich.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of restoration of degraded ecosystems, in particular to a method for restoring degraded wetland vegetation and ecosystems by using wetland seed bank. Background technique [0002] Since the 21st century, due to the impact of economic development and climate change, wetland degradation has become a global phenomenon, and it has become increasingly intensified. In the case of a large number of natural wetlands being lost, the research and restoration of degraded wetlands has become a hot spot of concern. In the wetland ecosystem, the wetland vegetation, as the primary producer, plays an important supporting role in the structure and function of the wetland ecosystem. On the one hand, it can directly participate in the wetland ecosystem by providing food and habitat for other organisms. In addition, many of its own characteristics (such as vegetation composition, biodiversity, etc.) can be used as important parameters to...
