Embodiment 1

[0041] Such as Figure 1-7 As shown, the turret express sorting system includes a main control computer 1, a package information input device 2, a conveyor belt device, a package pushing device and a turret sorting device.

[0042] The package information entry device 2 is a gun electrically connected to the main control computer 1 . The Barcode scans the barcode on the parcel to obtain the destination information of the parcel, and transmits the scanned data to the main control computer 1 .

[0043] The conveyor belt device includes a conveyor belt 31 and a driving mechanism A for driving the conveyor belt to run. The driving mechanism A includes a main pulley 321 , a main pulley shaft 322 , a positioning frame 323 , a slave pulley shaft 324 , a motor A325 , a coupling A326 and a slave pulley 327 . The main pulley 321 is fixedly connected on the main pulley shaft 322, and the two ends of the main pulley shaft 322 and the slave pulley shaft 324 are all installed on the two s...

Embodiment 2

[0062] Such as Figure 8 As shown, compared with Embodiment 1, the present embodiment differs only in that:

[0063] The parcel receiver is composed of a secondary sorter 53 , a parcel guide cylinder 54 and a plurality of parcel collection boxes 52 . The secondary sorter 53 is provided with a parcel inlet and a plurality of parcel drop ports. The package guiding cylinder 54 is connected to the secondary sorter 53, which communicates a package drop opening 5161 of the sorter 51 with the package inlet of the corresponding secondary sorter 53. The parcel collection box 52 is a box body with an upper end opening, which is located directly below the parcel drop opening of the secondary sorter 53, and its inner wall upper end is provided with a parcel ultra-high sensor ( not shown in the figure).

[0064] Preferably, the section of the package collection box 52 is fan-shaped, and a plurality of package collection boxes 52 are arranged in a circle around the vertical shaft of the ...

Abstract

A turret type express sorting system comprises a main control computer, a package information entry device, a conveying belt device, package pushing devices and turret sorting devices. Each turret sorting device comprises a sorter and a plurality of package receivers. Each sorter comprises a stepping motor A, a vertical rotating shaft, a horizontal sweeping disc, a movable plate, a drive mechanism C for driving the movable plate to move, an upper base and a lower base. Each upper base is divided by sweeping arms of the corresponding horizontal sweeping disc into a plurality of stations, and the area between every two adjacent sweeping arms serves as one station. The stations of each upper base comprise the feeding station and the multiple transfer stations, each feeding station is adjacent to a conveying belt and right faces a pushing arm, and each transfer station is provided with a package falling opening. The movable plates are driven by the drive mechanisms C to move, and then the package falling openings are opened or closed. The corresponding package receiver is arranged under each package falling opening. The turret type express sorting system has the beneficial effects that compared with an existing automatic sorting system, the turret type express sorting system is small in occupied area, high in intelligent degree and high in sorting efficiency.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of express sorting devices, in particular to a turret type express sorting system. Background technique [0002] With the development of society, today's consumers tend to shop more and more online. The increase in online shopping directly brings about a large increase in express packages and the rapid development of the express industry. Most of the sorting at the end of express delivery is by manual sorting and manual identification. Manual sorting has high error rate, low efficiency, heavy workload, and there are shortcomings such as violent sorting. The existing sorting equipment has a complicated product structure, occupies a large area, and is expensive. Contents of the invention [0003] The purpose of the present invention is to overcome the deficiencies of the prior art and provide a turret express sorting system. It can distinguish express parcels according to their destinations, and transport them to co...
