Abstract

The technical scheme includes that assay test paper comprises a substrate, a sample pad, a mark pad, a coated film and an absorption pad are connected on the substrate. The assay card is characterized in that an anti-Lp-PLA2 monoclonal antibody 1 of fluorescent microspheres and a biotin anti-Lp-PLA2 monoclonal antibody 2 are coupled on the mark, a streptavidin assay line T and a goat-anti-mouse polyclonal antibody quality control line C are parallelly arranged on the coated film.
