An automatic glue spraying and sealing mechanism for OPP packaging bags comprises a pushing device, a sealing device, two positioning devices, a glue spraying device, a pressing device, a conveying device and a rack for mounting the devices, wherein the conveying device is a conveying belt which is horizontally mounted on the rack; the glue spraying device, the pushing device, the sealing device and the pressing device are mounted on the rack and positioned above the same side of the conveying belt; the glue spraying device consists of a glue spraying cylinder and a glue spraying head; the pushing device is used for pushing an OPP packaging bag which has been sprayed with glue and has a packaged object inside so as to fix the OPP packaging bag on the plane of the conveying belt; the sealing device is used for folding and sealing a tongue part of the OPP packaging bag which has been pushed and fixed and has the packaged object inside; the pressing device comprises a pressing device connecting plate, a pressing cylinder and a pressing plate; and each positioning device consists of a y-axis positioning assembly and an x-axis positioning assembly.
