When a hot object is placed on the bearing plate, the heat of the hot object is rapidly transmitted to the thermoelectric module to form temperature difference at two ends of the thermoelectric module, and thereby to generate electric energy to be stored in the accumulator. The phase change heat storage material is used for absorbing heat, guaranteeing the temperature difference value at two ends, cooling a high temperature object and meanwhile providing temperature difference conditions for the thermoelectric module.
