Problems solved by technology

However, because food has a large thickness and is brittle, the existing printers cannot realize the transmission of food, let alone the mass production of food
[0003] Secondly, there is a large difference in the thickness of different foods, and the existing food printers, such as the food imaging printer disclosed by the Chinese patent application number 200620089301. Adjustment, this adjustment is not only inaccurate and affects the effect of printing patterns, but also requires human resources and low work efficiency
[0004] Furthermore, the existing edible inks generally have the problem of low definition when printed on food, so it is necessary to provide an edible ink with higher definition.

Abstract

The invention discloses edible printing ink which comprises components in percentage by mass as follows: 65%-75% of water, 8%-12% of ethyl alcohol, 7%-13% of glycerol, 0.5%-3.5% of sorbitan monooleate ethoxylate and 6%-10% of edible pigment. According to the edible printing ink, high definition is acquired in the aspect of food printing patterns. The invention further discloses a food printer. The technical scheme is as follows: the food printer comprises a printer body, an automatic feeding device and an automatic discharging device, the printer body uses the edible printing ink and comprises a printing head and a printing platform allowing food to be placed on; the automatic feeding device is located at the upper portion of the printer body and conveys the food onto the printing platform; and the automatic discharging device is located at the lower portion of the printer body and outputs the food from the printing platform. The food printer solves the problems that an existing food printer is low in definition and cannot achieve mass production.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of food printing, more specifically, it relates to an edible ink and a food printer. Background technique [0002] Printers are very mature in the printing industry, and printers are used in current paper printing. With the development of science and technology, a food printer has recently been developed, which can print on the surface of food, and use food-grade ink to print fonts or patterns on food. Among them, the Chinese patent application number ZL01813239.1 discloses a high-resolution inkjet printing on food and its products. The direction of this patent document is to use an inkjet printer and dispersion coloring ink to perform high resolution printing, the system offers a fast turnaround from graphics input to printed edible product. Although the existing food printers can achieve high-resolution printing on food surfaces, they cannot achieve mass production due to the lack of corresponding automatic feedin...
