The conical cylindrical inserting knife is arranged at the lower end of the planting cylinder. One end of the opening and closing control rod is hinged to the wall of the planting cylinder. The conical cylindrical inserting knife is spliced by at least two circular arc scraper knives. Swing parts are hinged to the side wall at the lower end of the planting cylinder through a hinge shaft and are in one-to-one correspondence with circular arc scraper knives which are fixed to the swing parts. The opening and closing control rod drives the swing parts to swing through the transmission mechanism. The swing parts drive all the circular arc scraper knives to open or close the conical cylindrical inserting knife.
