Abstract

The invention discloses a traditional Chinese medicine composition used for treating acute mastitis. It is considered by traditional Chinese medicine that acute mastitis is mainly caused by blocked breast collaterals, early stage evil fever accumulating, and lacking of treatment or inappropriate treatment which are caused by depressed emotion, stagnation of liver qi, or improper diet, and yangming meridians heat accumulating; disease development is induced; and pus is generated because of excessive heat and meat rotting. The traditional Chinese medicine composition is prepared by subjecting Oxytropis oxyphylla DC., Viola acuminata Ledeb., Wedelia prostrate, Botrychium virginianum (L.) Sw., Clerodendron fortunatum L., Radermachera sinica, Brassica narinosa Bailey, Citrus aurantium L.var.amara Engl., Polygonum senticosum, Gladiolus gandavensis Van Houtte, Stephania sinica Diels, Shuteria involucrata (Wall.) Wight et Arn, and radix rhapontici to water decoction so as to obtain a decoction; and it is confirmed by clinical experiments that total effective rate is 95%.
