The component alignment method comprises the following steps: monitoring an operation on a display interface of the circuit design software; when the target object selection operation information of at least one component is received, taking the selected component as a target alignment object; generating alignment requirement information associated with the target alignment object, and determining at least one component which serves as an object to be aligned; and according to the alignment requirement information, aligning the object to be aligned to a position of the target alignment object.
