According to the method, through the steps of liparis nervosa seed germination, clustered bud induction, in-vitro conservation and the like, to be specific, fruit pods of liparis nervosa are subjected to surface sterilization, then the fruit pods are broken so as to take out explant seeds, the explant seeds are inoculated on a seed germination culture medium, seedlings with leaves grow and are cultured on a clustered bud proliferation culture medium, so that pseudobulb is obtained, the pseudobulb is inoculated on an in-vitro conservation culture medium, and seedlings subjected to in-vitro conservation are transplanted after being subjected to conventional seedling hardening, therefore, a rapid propagation and in-vitro conservation system of liparis nervosa is built and the subculture cycle is 3 years or above.
